I'm Still Here

I just want you all to know that I thoroughly miss posting here on the blog through this huge transition process of moving to the Pacific Northwest. I can't wait until I can say that I have my own little kitchen to start creating beautiful food again to share with you. I have an endless supply of cooking inspiration just waiting to be shared with the world. My first two days of being in Seattle have been overwhelmed with amazing food experiences. This sure is a foodie city and I'm excited to be a part of it. Between the produce and fresh fish at the world famous Pike's Place Market to the multitude of health food co-ops, boutique herb and spice stores, plus all of the ethnic food stores, I'm in food heaven! I can't wait to get back in the kitchen and create. In the meantime, please be patient with me. I'm still here.
